The Amalfi Coast is one of Italy's most memorable destinations. Here, mountains plunge into the sea in a nail-biting vertical scene of precipitous crags, cliff-clinging abodes, and verdant woodland.

Our pasta journey began here, in Amalfi, Italy. This is where we first tried a lemon-based pasta and we fell in love, so we could only name ourselves Amalfi Fresco.

Then we moved on to different towns in Italy to learn more about local sauces.

Our Kitchen

We operate from only a kitchen, which means we don't have seating like a traditional restaurant. Instead, we are solely focused on delivering great fresh artisan pasta to your door.
